We have been in business since 2004 where we starting out with a complement of only 2 staff developing websites. We have used over 20 different website hosting companies for our own sites and were never really happy with what we saw. We then decided to purchase our own servers all over the world and manage them ourselves. We have both local and international servers and now host over 500 websites and have registered over 2000 domains for clients! Our servers are always well maintained.

  • Once purchasing hosting, how long till my site gets active?

    Depending on your requirements, you can be up and running within half a hour. If you already have a domain name, it will need to be transferred over to your hosting server with us which usually takes 24 hours. We help you get the process going as fast as possible. If you have a new domain name through us, within a few minutes to half an hour is the usual time it takes.

  • Our ultimate plan provides plenty of space and dedicated resources. However, if you require more space, we can create a custom package for you. Most people with big shopping carts with thousands of products start out with the Ultimate package and simply purchase more space. For some of our clients, we provide a dedicated server.

  • Most of our clients make use of our shared plans and some use either a Virtual or Dedicated server. We look at your requirements and customise a solution that is right for you. If you are brave enough, you can manage your own server which you hire from us on a monthly basis.

  • We work with both Credit Cards, Direct EFT as well as normal EFT. Normal EFT will only work for our Annual hosting plans as well as domain fees.

  • We do allow mailing lists but have a restriction as to how many emails can be sent every few minutes. You can use a dedicated server with dedicated IP address to lift all these restrictions. This is why most people use Mailchimp, MailerLite or similar dedicated solutions for these purposes.

  • All our hosting solutions include a free SSL certificate. It is the standard and any website not using these technologies, should not even be accessed for security purposes. Nothing needs to be setup your side. We make it simple for you.

  • Yup. We support the most popular control panel in the world. Once you sign up with us, you will receive your login details to the control panel via email.
